All participating projects are required to submit the following materials
- Registration deadline is May 31, 2025.
- Abstract (in PDF format): The submission deadline is May 31, 2025.
- Full paper (in PDF format): The submission deadline is June 30, 2025.
- Presentation materials (in PPT format): The submission deadline is June 30, 2025.
Please note that the 50th ICQCC offers only Chinese and English presentations.
All abstracts, full papers, and slides (PPT) should be submitted only in Chinese or English .
File Naming Format: Country/Region + Name of team/circle
